Saturday & Sunday - 12PM & 2.30PM

Located within the Adelphi Hotel, every weekend we serve to you our version of High Tea, with a modern twist.
Guests are served 6 savoury delicacies and 6 modern elegant dessert creations.
Each seating time is for a duration of 2 hours.
We happily accommodate groups so please contact us to discuss.
Preferred payment is by card. No split bills.
Bookings essential.

WATERMELON SPRITZ 21
Freshly pressed watermelon, watermelon liqueur topped with light refreshing prosecco.
MAKE THE CALL 24
This mixture of Pimms, raspberry liqueur, orange juice and a zing of citric sherbet syrup is only one call away. Topped with ginger ale, ginger beer and served in London’s iconic red telephone box. Garnished with sherbet bag.
MEDITERRANEAN MARGARITA 25
Olive, lemon, thyme and rosemary infused tequila, triple sec and lime juice puts a savoury twist on the classic. Garnished with smoked rosemary salt and an olive skewer.
TOASTED PECAN NEGRONI 26
Smoked roasted pecan gin, Campari, Regal Rouge Bold Red vermouth, pecan & chocolate bitters. Served smoking with a side of roasted pecans.
GIRLS NIGHT OUT 31
Vodka, watermelon juice, fresh pressed raspberries, violet & rose syrup, fresh pressed citrus. Served straight up on a mirror platter with raspberry & chambord lipstick, champagne perfume.
SMOKING MARSHMALLOW COLADA 28
Marshmallow rum, coconut, fresh pressed pineapple, roasted marshmallows. Served in a cloud of hickory smoke.
ICED TEA 28
Smooth & refreshing. House-made rhubarb cordial blended with earl grey infused vodka and pomegranate liqueur, served with mint in a single serve jug.
PASSION BEAN MARTINI 24
Vanilla vodka, caramel liqueur, passionfruit syrup and pulp with apple juice, served straight up with snow sugar dusting, fresh passionfruit.
ADELPHI GROG 28
Rum, dark spiced rum, barrel aged bitters, apricot liqueur, fresh pressed pineapple, passionfruit. Served in a smoking grog bottle.
BROWN BUTTER SAZERAC 35 (served with a brown butter hazlenut financier)
The Sazerac was born in the French Quarter at the time when saloons, veiled as coffee houses during the prohibition era lined the streets of New Orleans. At the famed Sazerac Coffee House, the drink of choice became a libation of Rye Whiskey, Absinthe and Bitters and with that, the Sazerac was born. Om Noms’ talented Bartenders have added a special touch and made this classic cocktail even smoother by “washing it” with butter. After discovering the incredible taste of the rye whiskey butter by-product, our Head Chef John decided to use it and create his own version of the famous French dainty cake known as the financier. Their texture is amazing and their taste is beyond delicious. Paired and enjoyed together with the Sazerac, this combination provides the perfect pick-me-up or night cap to enjoy the best of evenings with friends.

Bourbon based Old Fashion infused with cinnamon, honey, and rosemary, giving a lovely and smooth finish. Served smoked with hickory wood.

A lovely and refreshing spritz combining Lyres Italian orange with alcohol free Edenvale sparkling cuvee, finished off with a splash of soda.

Classic Cocktails

MARGARITA 23
Cloyingly sweet margarita mixes have given this drink a bad name. A well-made version is a fresh mix of lime juice and tequila, with a hint of sweetener. Tromba silver tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, salt for the rim.
COSMOPOLITAN 23
The cosmo became almost ubiquitous in the ‘90s thanks to the TV show Sex and the City, but this spin on the martini remains just as tasty today as when Carrie Bradshaw made it famous. Citrus vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice.
MOJITO 21
Originating in Cuba, this refreshing rum-based sip is filled with mint and lime a perfect combination for sipping by the pool. If you’re craving a little literary cred, the mojito was also said to be a favourite of author Ernest Hemingway. White rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, club soda, mint leaves.
