Saturday & Sunday - 12PM & 2.30PM

Join us for High Tea every Saturday and Sunday.
Located within the Adelphi Hotel, every weekend we serve to you our version of High Tea, with a modern twist.
Each seating time is for a duration of 2 hours.
We can accommodate groups, please contact us to discuss.
Preferred payment is by card. No split bills.
Bookings are essential.

BLACK TEA

ENGLISH BREAKFAST: The malty flavour you expect with a hint of candied oranges.

VANI-T FRENCH EARL GREY: Marigold, bergamot, rose petal & cornflower.

PROSPERI-T- CHAI TEA: A simple black tea with all the spices of the Orient.

CHOCOLAT-T (D): Chips of chocolate with decaffeinated Ceylon tea.

APPLE OOLONG: Crisp and delicious apples combined with earthy oolong.

ADELPHI WATERMELON SPRITZ 15
Freshly pressed watermelon, watermelon liquor topped with light refreshing prosecco.
MAKE THE CALL 21
This mixture of Pimms, raspberry liqueur, orange juice and a zing of citric sherbet syrup is only one call away. Topped with ginger ale, ginger beer and served in London’s iconic red telephone box. Garnished with sherbet bag.
MEDITERRANEAN MARGARITA 21
Olive, lemon, thyme and rosemary infused tequila, triple sec and lime juice puts a savoury twist on the classic. Garnished with smoked rosemary salt and an olive skewer.
TOASTED PECAN NEGRONI 24
Smoked roasted pecan gin, Campari, Regal Rouge Bold Red vermouth, pecan & chocolate bitters. Served smoking with a side of roasted pecans.
GIRLS NIGHT OUT 28
Vodka, watermelon juice, fresh pressed raspberries, violet & rose syrup, fresh pressed citrus. Served straight up on a mirror platter with raspberry & chambord lipstick, champagne perfume.

Classic Cocktails

OLD FASHIONED 21
There may be no better test of a bartender’s mettle than ordering an Old Fashioned. Bourbon, Angostura bitters, sugar syrup, orange twist garnish.
MARGARITA 22
Cloyingly sweet margarita mixes have given this drink a bad name. A well-made version is a fresh mix of lime juice and tequila, with a hint of sweetener. Tromba silver tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, salt for the rim.
COSMOPOLITAN 20
The cosmo became almost ubiquitous in the ‘90s thanks to the TV show Sex and the City, but this spin on the martini remains just as tasty today as when Carrie Bradshaw made it famous. Citrus vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice.
MOJITO 21
Originating in Cuba, this refreshing rum-based sip is filled with mint and lime a perfect combination for sipping by the pool. If you’re craving a little literary cred, the mojito was also said to be a favourite of author Ernest Hemingway. White rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, club soda, mint leaves.
WHISKEY SOUR 22
Perhaps the most refreshing whiskey cocktail, this is an old reliable favourite. Whiskey, lemon juice, sugar syrup.
PALOMA 21
In Mexico the paloma is just as popular as the classic margarita, and with a thirst-quenching combination. Tromba Tequila, lime juice, grapefruit soda to top.
SIDECAR 23
This simple mix of brandy, lemon juice, and orange liqueur dates to the 1920s. Once you try one you’ll understand why the recipe has survived so long. VS or VSOP Cognac, Cointreau, lemon juice.
MARTINI 23
James Bond was wrong—whether you drink it with gin or vodka, stirred is the way to go when ordering a martini. Gin or vodka, dry vermouth, lemon twist, olive or pickled onions.
