Over a 2 hour sitting, guests are served six savoury delicacies and six elegant dessert creations.

- Rum, dark spiced rum, barrel aged bitters, apricot liqueur, fresh pressed pineapple, passionfruit. Served in a smoking grog bottle.
- BROWN BUTTER SAZERAC 31 (served with a brown butter hazlenut financier)
- The Sazerac was born in the French Quarter at the time when saloons, veiled as coffee houses during the prohibition era lined the streets of New Orleans. At the famed Sazerac Coffee House, the drink of choice became a libation of Rye Whiskey, Absinthe and Bitters and with that, the Sazerac was born. Om Noms’ talented Bartenders have added a special touch and made this classic cocktail even smoother by “washing it” with butter. After discovering the incredible taste of the rye whiskey butter by-product, our Head Chef John decided to use it and create his own version of the famous French dainty cake known as the financier. Their texture is amazing and their taste is beyond delicious. Paired and enjoyed together with the Sazerac, this combination provides the perfect pick-me-up or night cap to enjoy the best of evenings with friends.

- Bourbon based Old Fashion infused with cinnamon, honey, and rosemary, giving a lovely and smooth finish. Served smoked with hickory wood.

Classic Cocktails
- MARGARITA 23
- Cloyingly sweet margarita mixes have given this drink a bad name. A well-made version is a fresh mix of lime juice and tequila, with a hint of sweetener. Tromba silver tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, salt for the rim.
- COSMOPOLITAN 23
- The cosmo became almost ubiquitous in the ‘90s thanks to the TV show Sex and the City, but this spin on the martini remains just as tasty today as when Carrie Bradshaw made it famous. Citrus vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice.
- MOJITO 21
- Originating in Cuba, this refreshing rum-based sip is filled with mint and lime a perfect combination for sipping by the pool. If you’re craving a little literary cred, the mojito was also said to be a favourite of author Ernest Hemingway. White rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, club soda, mint leaves.
