HIGH TEA

Saturday & Sunday - 12PM & 2.30PM

Join us for High Tea every Saturday and Sunday, from 5 December.
Located within the Adelphi Hotel, every weekend we serve to you our version of High Tea, with a modern twist.
Each seating time is for a duration of 1.45 hours.
We can accommodate groups of up to 10 people, per table.
Preferred payment is by card. No spilt bills.
Bookings are essential.

ENGLISH BREAKFAST: The malty flavour you expect with a hint of candied oranges.

VANI-T FRENCH EARL GREY: Marigold, bergamot, rose petal & cornflower.

PROSPERI-T- CHAI TEA: A simple black tea with all the spices of the Orient.

CHOCOLAT-T (D): Chips of chocolate with decaffeinated Ceylon tea.

 

GREEN TEA

APPLE OOLONG: Crisp and delicious apples combined with earthy oolong.

TIAN SHAN XUE YA: Delicate, earthy and even a little bit youthful on the tongue.

CHAMOMILE: A strong & pungent bouquet with a calming effect.

ADELPHI WATERMELON SPRITZ 15
Freshly pressed watermelon, watermelon liquor topped with light refreshing prosecco.
MAKE THE CALL 21
This mixture of Pimms, raspberry liqueur, orange juice and a zing of citric sherbet syrup is only one call away. Topped with ginger ale, ginger beer and served in London’s iconic red telephone box. Garnished with sherbet bag.
SOUNDS OF ST KILDA 24
Listen to the sounds of the sea with enjoying a Navy Strength, sea salt infused gin and citrus tonic. Garnished with sea salt foam on a bed of edible sand, garnished with seaweed.
MEDITERRANEAN MARGARITA 21
Olive, lemon, thyme and rosemary infused tequila, triple sec and lime juice puts a savoury twist on the classic. Garnished with smoked rosemary salt and an olive skewer.
TOASTED PECAN NEGRONI 24
Smoked roasted pecan gin, Campari, Regal Rouge Bold Red vermouth, pecan & chocolate bitters. Served smoking with a side of roasted pecans.
FLIGHT OF FANCY 23
Fly away with London dry gin and raspberry liqueur, flipped into orange infused sake and topped with prosecco. Served in a chilled lark glass, this boozy bird will get you chirping.
