Our chefs have been busy working on producing some new savoury dishes, which will be coming on board from 8th June.
These creative new menu items will highlight some of Victoria’s best local produce.
One of the newbies is featured below, say hello to our sous vide cocoa nib crusted lamb fillet – carrot & vegemite puree topped with white anchovy bubbles.
Any new desserts I hear you ask? Why yes there is! A new ‘star’ will be joining the already well established dessert line up. Check back here from 8th June to see what this might be – it’s a goody!
